The regimen that works for me (with pics)

36 years old.
Probably thinning for about 6 years, only really noticed it a few years ago
End of March, I had a sh*t fit after my regular haircut.

My regimen:
* 1/4 Proscar Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - no sides at all.
* 2% Rogaine twice a day for two months, then switched to 5% Minoxidil
* Tricomin once a day
* 2% Nizoral, sometimes every day, sometimes every second day
* 1 Multivitamin a day
* 1 Kelp tablet a day
* L'Oreal Vive Thickening Shampoo every day
* L'Oreal Thickening Gel when I go out
* Positive attitude

Congrats those are some pretty good results. Hopefully you will see further improvement over the next few months. How long have you been on this regimen? It is simmilar to what I am doing but I am only 5 weeks in.

Nice one, your hair when you had a sh*t fit looks like mine now! I ordered some Propecia yesterday and have been using Rogaine for a while. I hope the Propecia has the same effect with me as it has with you.

Dinzy, I've been on it for 3 and a half months.

As happy I am with my recovery, I'm wondering if I was having an extremely bad seasonal shed at the time. Either way, I'm happy with the way things have improved.

And TynanW and SEfreak, thanks for the grooming advice. It's a good feeling to have the option to do things with my hair.

That's a good question. One of things the derm said to me was that by using both treatments at the same time, you never know which one actually worked for you.

Yeah, I don't think it is far here to conclude what has helped the most or if it is a combination effect! I don't think you should simply contribute this to propecia, as mentioned above. However, those are some fantastic results! Good luck man!

I must admit, Im stunned you didnt notice your hairloss before that first picture. That was pretty advanced. Which is probably why you had such dramatic results.
Anyway, keep it goin'. Show us more pics in 3 months please.
