You shouldn't fret over this though, you have a solution which will pretty much fix at least 80-90% of the problem. Emphasis on front to back surgery will ensure that the only area which may be slightly thin is the crown. But it's possible you could actually get full coverage with hair grown out, since it's thick and wavy.
