Ok, here is the truth.
I will be brief because it is very simple.
Many guys became unattractive once they’re bald

One the other hand, many guys are still attractive even bald.

The other things that are said in this forum are bull****.
Women don’t like bald men? False, they don’t like unattractive men, if you’re still attractive bald you won’t have problems.
Society mocks bald men and consider them inferior? Please.
So, if you go bald and are still attractive nothing will be affected by this (except your self-esteem if you are insecure).
In the other case you will have to put more effort with women and that's all, job issues and mockeries are bull****.

Peace.

The more you want, the less you have. With hair however, it's an essential, a necessity.

Hair loss sufferers like myself come to this support forum to have a 'get away' from the real world where it's usually completely unsympathetic towards hair loss. We come on here to get a break from usually being told that hair loss is no big deal, to just shave off whatever's left, to be confident, and all that other nonsense that won't solve our problem. But then people like you come on here with that similar mindset and do the EXACT same thing. You are clearly not aware that hair loss effects every person differently, whether if they're legitimately OK with it, or absolutely destroyed by it.

Bro your a genius!

Majority of pple are average looking. An average guy loses his hair it effects his looks far more greatly than a good looking guy.....

They were not much more than average in the first place.
Only now their hair loss accentuates it more.

And every single one of these "good-looking bald guys" (though I consider them "inoffensively bald", at best) would have been upstaged in the blink of an eye by his fullhead clone.
Bam.

Well, the guy with the tear drop tattoo probably looks even better bald, and that's the exception. So... we've found our answer - shave bald, start getting jacked and get neck and face tattoos. haha

You're right.

Posters keep posting about how you will only drop a rung or two on the 1 - 10 ladder but that's false.
Posters keep saying if you're good looking with hair then you'll be kind of good looking without hair.
This is not necessarily true.

It's funny that the ones you consider good looking all have stubbles, gotta have that beard.

Stubble on face will never equal stubble on cranium.

Nope. When people lose their hair they all look bad so hair loss is something of a
great equalizer and when the good looking man/woman lose hair he/she falls further.

For example, let's use a scale of 1 - 10 for attractiveness.
If a 6 falls to a 4 that's a fall of 2 rungs but if an 8 falls to a 4 that's a 4 rung fall.
The fall is further for the better looking man or woman.

Exactly!! I liked your term "inoffensively bald". The OP will learn soon enough what society thinks of the "offensively bald."

I think what the OP is saying is that ther's far too much nonsense and negativity on these boards and statements such as "all bald guys are ugly" are just plain wrong. Sure even some guys who have previously been seen as "good looking" can look much worse bald but not everyone.

It has less to do with how attractive you are and more about how well the bald look suits you. For example, Law is traditionally better looking than Statham but the balding suits the latter far more than the former.

Smart comment. It's all about whether you can pull of the look (or not).
And ya right, Jude Law looks hideous with hair loss, while Stratham looks like your average tradesmen who happens to be bald but could still probably do OK with the ladies on a night out.

That's if we were viewing these dudes as average Joe Blows. Ya know, NOT famous.
Hope that made sense!!

Yes FAME and fortune does a good job at sabotaging certain prearranged biases.

height, muscular, lean build, nice eyes, facial symmetry, strong jaw, proportionate forehead/face ratio - you miss anyone of these, you're kind of f*cked. THAT is why girls say the bald look is hard to pull off, and that is the truth. I have muscular, nice eyes, facial symmetry, strong jaw... but, I am shorter (5'8"), have no idea what my scalp will look like (though my head isn't large, compared to my face, which is good)... BUT I also have deep forehead wrinkles, so that sucks. It's such a touchy f*cking area. One thing can be wrong and throw it all off. Hair disguises a LOT. It's way more important than people think to physical aesthetics.

I didn't realise how prominent of a nose I had until I had my second transplant. Both my sides are pushed near my ear, and im a NW2 all over again.

let's just say.. theirs a lot of scalp, and my nose looks way bigger then I remember.

The illusion of having a full head of hair helped counter-balance this.

UGH today a group of friends spent like 5 minutes speaking about receding hairlines (two girls, one guy), it was a complete torture. The worst thing is that the guy is a diffuse thinner and he is oblivious about his own hair loss since it's relatively an early stage and no one but myself can tell.

Every time the topic of hairlines comes up I am terrified that someone will ask me to pull my hair back.

This is a bit unrelated to the topic but I just wanted to vent without making a new thread.
