Thinning Crown?

Hi

I'm posting this on behalf of my brother after all the help you guys have given me.

I've just taken a picture of the back of his head as I'm worried he's starting to bald. He's told me the hair on his crown has always been thin?

Please let me know what you guys think, and what he should do. We're both in early 20s in London.

Thanks

Thanks guys.

What can be do to prevent further thinning?

I have eczema on my scalp so already use nizoral shampoo, is it good for him? He doesn't have eczema.

You should defo have 0 eczema there. If you do, that's just a path for hair loss.

I suggest an on going good anti-inflammatory product, I always chose natural stuff so I won't advise nizoral but instead tell you to try onion+garlic+ginger paste, 2/3x times a week at least for the begining until you see benefits, this paste will be super rich in sulphur, use it for 5-20min, and use a dermaroller if you have one on those spots, if not ive heard of the paste doing miracles before.

Sorry, I should've been clearer.

I suffer from eczema on the sides of my head so I already use Nizoral. What I'm asking is, should I also give it to my brother who's picture is above (the thinning crown)

Thanks

Its thinning, nothing major yet, it could stay like that forever... you won't know unless he is noticing serious hair loss.

I'm really intrigued by this post as someone who is 23 and seeing an ever so slight amount of scalp near the vertex. Is it possible I never noticed a little scalp there all along - is it indeed something that can 'stay like that forever'? I know an unanswerable question in any definite sense, but since I noticed that little spot where all the hair grows in different directions, i've also noticed a lot of thick haired gentlemen with the same kind of little spot you have to look for somewhat. Is that not necessarily male pattern baldness?

I dont think they are talking about the little spot but I think slightly above it in this picture. But to be honest maybe take more with different lighting bc if there is any thinning there its minimal or see a derm. Is there any shedding?

Thanks for all the replies everyone.

If he does need to act, what should he do? As in what should he take/buy/use?

Thanks
