The reason I agree with him is because I had someone send me an email about 3 weeks ago thrashing me because I have posted positive things about my situation. He called me "full of sh*t" and "Giving false hope" and whatever. Why he sent me an email, instead of taking me on here on this forum I have no idea. He didn't give me his nick so I have no clue who it is. This isn't the first time either.

Where are all of these, "Don't take Propecia or Minoxidil because your dick will fall off and your scalp will burst into flames" posts everyone keeps talking about? I think some of you people are really edgy and defensive.

If there are disagreements on these sites, that just makes things all the more interesting, provided that they're carried out in a civil manner. Someone says, "Hey I'm concerned about low libido from finasteride and scalp flaking from minoxidil," and some of you guys respond with, "Well to hell with you! Then don't take Propecia and don't take Minoxidil, just go bald and go away you stupid ignorant newbie!!!!" In other threads, people have given me attitude just for the dumbest things. I smell hypocrisy in the air....

Everyone needs to grab a beer and chill out and realize that we're all in this together. Just because you're on the "Big 3" and you have thousands of posts doesn't make you some sort of hairloss guru.

How many of the veteran and experienced posters believe that a majority of guys who have success with any given regimen never return to this site because they no longer need support or information. And thus can't provide us, who are just starting out or havent reached a level of exceptonal gain with any encouragement.... your opinions are much appreciated..later

i disagree.. they leave because it's talk about the same thing over and over again..as a result they just leave because they came to get an answer on whatever they wanted to know..and they just simply don't like most of the people here like brucelee to stay.

LMAO ....heh here i was just about to tell Axon & Cassin how spot-on they are, then this post appears and saves me the bother!
Mate, nobody here is pretending to be some sort of fuckin guru...i'd rather be a newbie with early loss and a keen edge to start fighting it than a jaded so-called veteran who's maintaining but pissed off over 2 years down the line with having to apply minoxidil every night.

Henceforth i find it hard to post with enthusiasm anymore, or help people who think we think we're happy to be classed as veterans or gurus.

I dont mind people not being serious, its the humour that makes these forums bearable. I dont think the `coldness` will stop theres too many pissed off people about who are looking for a quick anwser to their own problems arent really interested in helping others.

Guys are just pissed. And they want to point the finger. They can't wait to point the finger.

That's why they trash every product in the book. That's why they flame any post that disagrees with them. They're mad that they're going bald and they want to drag someone with them. They're going bald and they just can't accept that it's no one's fault, so they displace the anger onto anyone they can. And this is a place to do that with total anonminitiy.

Most of these guys have never felt insecure about their appearance, but now that something has shattered that illusion, they react like little b****s. Man up and take that sh*t. Everyone has problems and no one is perfect.

I agree that success stories leave and don't post anymore. The boards are so damn depressing sometimes-- Why would you continue to lurk if you had success? I first lurked on these boards 2 years ago when I started lossing hair and then got on propecia. It filled in my thinning head and I never came back to these boards again---until now! It seems propecia is wearing off on me. For the last 4 months I gave been losing hair pretty bad. I'm hoping it's just a shed but I'm not optimistic. I believe some of these products do work but the success stories leave.
