I have the same problem as you guys, lots of itching and skin flakes. Probably started the same time as hairloss, didn't really care at first 'cause I could just scratch it off... but now I'm too scared to touch the hair on the top of my head so the itching has become more pronounced in that way. Sometimes it's good for a couple of days and then the itching comes back, I've used so many shampoos and other stuff and I really don't know if any of them is helping one bit. Nizoral only makes it worse I feel. Too strong for my skin I guess. Should probably find the mildest shampoo available and see if it helps any.
Guys, you're talking about betamethasone, and I think I found out some crazy thing relating to it. It might actually WORK when treating your hairloss, maybe it works only because it keeps your scalp in good condition but nevertheless it works. My hair felt much fuller and looked better at the time I was using betamethasone, which was before christmas. I was on the finasteride at the same time so I think that combination might've done something good. Gotta start using the stuff again, I still have some of it.
