what have you tried jeffs?

Have you tried low dose Accutane?
Have you tried mega doses of B5?
Have you tried Ketsugo?
Low doses of oral spironolactone?
Dutasteride has cleared up some peoples acne and oily skin.

no i've tried over the counter stuff.

proactive
benzoyl peroxide 10%
i take b5, but not mega doses.
vinegar

Studies have been done in topical spironolactone and acne, some successful, some very successful, one where nothing happened, etc. Anyway, it would stand a good chance of reducing sebum production.

Im considering giving a go soon actually for the same purpose.

Do you have a link to purchase spironolactone? how expensive is it?

You'd have to buy some Dermovan or Cetaphil or Neutrogena Neutral Cream (or any decent store-bought neutral cream) and mix spironolactone. tabs into it. I'd say it would be very cheap, since some people make their spironolactone cream for hairloss for about $5-10 a month...

i have cetaphil, i use it daily in the shower.

where do i get spironolactone tabS?
