I plan to do Norwood 1.5-1.75 or even NW2 imho looks better than NW0. Especially with age. Left grafts better to spend for density.

I have an incredibly high standard of beauty. I find flaws in anything and anyone - even the people I find the hottest. I've always been a perfectionist, which is probably (a huge) part of why I have taken hair loss so hard. It's hard to walk around with a huge flaw like that when you're a perfectionist... I think that nobody is this world is totally perfect, although some people are indeed drop dead gorgeous.

i work with a lot of perfectionists so i get it..I know its not something you can change easily and you are suffering.
I really hope they have good treatments come out this next year or two for hair and by this time next year we all feel some relief.

I would gladly compromise slight recession for a thick dense mane.

What goodnight a frame if it looks like a see through cobweb.

Better to invest as much grafts you can to densely pack an area for maximum appeal
