this is a joke - if this technology was real they would partner with a real pharma firm experienced with trials not a tiny medical equipment sales office with zero experience in drugs development and testing

look at their homepage the last "press release" announcing something new is from 2005

http://www.jhewitt.co.jp/contents/index.php?cID=2

Would be a waste of money. Big player often want to have a big piece from the cake. And it looks like Tissuse doesn't need much money or something like that to go their way.
You only partner up with a big player, if you need money or if you wanna go the save way.

And because of the way this treatment works, you won't need 500 people for a trial. It will most likely work for everybody or nobody.

Don't you think they could have meant 3 years from when the interview took place? Which corresponds with them starting trials in 2019, which might take a year.

What they said in 2017:

HairLossTalk.com: When will the method be tested out in humans as a proof of concept study? If everything goes well, when would be the quickest release on the market so that everyone can access it?

This depends on available funding for a proof of concept. We estimate it will take at least 3 years to finalize the first clinical trials.

Oh was this from 2017? That’s good news. I just get very cautious when there’s optimistic news. Just countless disappointments, I can’t get my hopes shattered again lol

As you should. Nothing is certain unfortunately in the hairloss industry.

That's when they start the trial, it won't be finished and analyzed for months if not years.
Well in the case of follica that will take a few months only.and in my opinion for norwoods 3-4 it will be a functional cure if it is performed with a hairtransplant

Yeah no sh*t, that’s not the point.

If Tissuse sticks to their word and actually starts human trials then it will be the most significant advancement in hair multiplication ever, and that is very good news.

I'd like to believe, as a semi-optimist at best, that 2020 will mark the beginning of the golden decade of true hair loss solution breakthroughs. There are so many players in the field, and everyone wants to outdo all the old methods and failed treatments. It is, at least to me, realistic to hope that among the half-dozen or more of these companies from around the world developing such groundbreaking technologies to treat hair loss properly, at least one or a few will actually make something exciting and successful happen. It can't be too much to think that at least someone won't fail for once, right?

That’s exactly the point if you claim that we will have more answers in 3 months.

Peterson, you have absolutely no idea what the f*** you’re talking about. I’ve been monitoring a lot of threads over the last couple of weeks and so many are infiltrated by your pessimistic bullshit. Either shut the f*** up or do some research.

I think the whole idea of men caring more about their health/appearance now as opposed to in the past is overblown just a tad bit. You look back to the 80s, you’ll see plenty of dudes who very much cared about their virility back then too. I think this concept nowadays stems from the huge impact social media has had on modern society. If you’re involved in social media in any way, you’re bound to be exposed to criticism, either positive or negative. Self image is a lot more of a burden these days due to this.

Back in the days 3-4 decades ago people were far more skinny and good looking in general.

It was normal part of daily life to be skinny. Now it seems to be something you have to try for ?

Yes. No talk of obesity epidemic when I was in junior high school. Back then, there was always the one fat kid in school. Not in each class. In the whole school. Now, it's, "Hey, look. There's that skinny kid". It's fun to check out the documentaries on Woodstock today. 300,000 teens +, and only a handful of plump ones you can see as the cameras pan over the whole crowd. Ah, 1969. If I had a time machine, I'd go back in a heartbeat.
