I don't know a tremendous amount about hair transplant's but I thought the donor part was higher up towards the crown.

But in some of the photos from the same premiere his hair (hardys) looks nice and thick. It's odd that there can be such a difference.

DiCaprio's one of the 5% of guys who actually look better and more distinctive with large crowns. He's got beady little eyes, tiny mouth and a chubby face, I'm not even sure he'd still be a heart-throb without the crowning.

He is 100% thinning his hair is extremely thick on the sides, yet when he leans over and you see some of his scalp there is stark contrast in thickness. Nothing will happen though, he'll get it sorted or whatever. He is a celebrity, so what do you expect.
