Btw OP if you don't get a response quickly from any of the doctors check your spam folder, just checked mine and apparently Koray's clinic responded with an evaluation the day after I sent it which was over a week ago 
Expect this might be one of the reasons behind people constantly complaining about ASMED/Koray Erdogan response times. Email spam filters probably don't do well with messages from Turkish transplant clinics.

Personally I wouldn't use RU just as its short and long term side effect profile is a little less tested, I'd opt for a finasteride dose increase or duta if you're still losing on finasteride. Looks like you have naturally thin hair but your donor still appears strong
I don't think its clear cut on whether or not you should go FUE or FUT, its more of a personal choice in your situation. If you're stabilised on medication I would opt for FUE just based on my personal experience with it and your donor still looking strong overall, if you're worried about losing more hair or absolutely maximising your donor capacity while potentially sacrificing how short you can buzz the donor, then FUT.

I hope that you sent such good quality pictures to the clinics and not like the others you posted yesterday.
Like me,you are a diffused NW5 with empty temples,which will be baffling for the surgeons.
RU is not clinically proven that it regrows hair and as @JeanLucBB said, it has a low safety profile.
I really don't know what to advise you,but i would definitely exclude FUT.

So a little update, on the 29th of may I will have approximately 5000 grafts with dr Erdogan ( I asked to do the transplant before hopefully they will have a cancellation)
Because you guys helped me I want to make the journey here and show everything.
Any suggestions what should I do before the transplant besides my vacation?

Nice I must have been lucky then, only contacted them maybe a few days before you did and got in for 29th of April. 29th of May isn't too bad, you'll have the majority of the results in by Christmas.

Nope, just keeping it simple. Getting there a day early though because it was the easiest flight option so might try to find something.
The government travel rebate they mention is a nice touch too which they didn't offer last time.

Only 0.25mg finasteride, too scared of side effects to take avodart, although I haven't had any on finasteride. Very good results so far on it in terms of regrowth and stability so no intention to move up. If it starts getting worse I'll move to 0.5mg and so forth.

I started to have hair loss Very early about at the age of 15 years old.
I’m about to start as well avodart (dutasteride) 0.5 mg, I just don’t know how to get it in the UK.
I never had any side effects for any pills.
Minoxidil I applied 10 years ago for about 6-7 month it was 12.5% and I lost a lot of hair and I was afraid to keep using it.
