I applied topical dutasteride and oral for a year and 3 months my sperm was decreased alot but Still only got maintenance of hairline and front. No thickening but crown seems to continue to lose ground but my hair strands grows thick but super slow ever since i was 27. So dont think its only DHT that is the problem for me. I got a doctors appointment to check for other possibilities.
almost at 10 months now. I know my hair isn’t horrible but I have a big forehead and natural high hairline. Haven’t seen much of an improvement on this stuff. I wonder if since It seems like I’m receding very slowly if I could do a small 1000-1500 graft transplant to thicken my hairline when I turn 28 years old and maybe bring it down a tad. Have you thought of getting a transplant at all??? What Norwood are you?
Im nw2. With diffuse thinning but not bad yet. Im on topical finasteride now with spironolactone and alfadratiol. Also using oral finasteride x3 weekly. Lets see if this works.
