Hasson and Wong are the only ones in Canada that you can get their special topical finasteride from. I had an in person consultation with Dr Wong in Vancouver about two months ago, at which point he gave me a prescription for their topical finasteride. According to Dr Wong, the topical finasteride compound is able to prevent approx. 90% of the medication from going into your blood stream - thus staying in and around the scalp. I am however somewhat skeptical of this, but I am going to give it a try. I got sexual sides on oral 1mg finasteride, which went away approx 1 week after discontinuing use.
I had to go down to MacDonald’s pharmacy just down the street to order it. It is highly in demand and takes apporximately 3 months for your order to be made.
If you cannot go to Vancouver, I believe you may be able to get a skype consultation in order to get the prescription from them, however you will have to do some of your own research on that.

I took 1mg for 3 weeks and it was a little bit erratic.
First two days, very minor ball ache.
For the first 2.5 weeks I was horny as hell 24/7 and felt more energetic.
The last few days of being on it, I stopped getting morning wood, and I have gotten morning wood almost every morning for my entire life. So i ceased using it immediately. Within a week or so, everything returned to normal.
