I hear this from guys with hair problems a lot but what about a guy who has no legit hair problem ?

When I had no big problem with hair I fell in love with a girl who had female alopecia. She always had hair brushed to the side so no one could see her top of head. Used a toppik probably too. I recognized, that something was wrong about her hair not because I saw it, but because a little wind made her immediately put her hair in ponytail and she had a really big problem when I touched her hair. When i actually saw her top of hair it did not bothered me. She was quite surprised. And to cheer you up a little. This girl is the one I can´t forget about till today

I thought I was pretty good with toppik. Until recently

I dated a girl for 2 months last year. She had pretty damn thin hair. It took ME like a month and a half to realize. Many women just have naturally thin hair. If you're blonde, light brown it's obviously a lot harder to tell. If you have dark hair, like myself, you're fucked with or without toppix. What really is the point in sprinkling black dust all over your SCALP? That's what happens when you are diffused, it goes right through the hair.

I'm not sure what normal people would think of toppik. Although recently I see a lot of women paint their hairline in makeup tutorial, even though their hair is not thin at all!

My hairline just got so thin toppik looks so patchy and dusty now. I either have to ignore what people think or shave part of my hairline soon and attach a hairline piece :/

Curiosity got the best of me and I went on to check my bf's older pics whose hair is thinning too. His hair looked exactly the same 10 years ago!! Overall thin but good coverage.( You can tell he's losing hair) Life is so unfair!! :'( and I don't even think he's taking any treatment.

Haven't been on here for a while. How is everyone doing?

I came out of shower. Dried my hair and found that toppik is no long ok for my hairline. I had to use black eye shadow along with toppik for it to look even remotely convincing.

I'm over a year into spironolactone and 7 months into finasteride. They only gave me vellous hair. I wanted to stick it till the one year mark for finasteride but frankly I can't deal with it anymore.

As a normal human being, I cried. Mostly scared of what the guy I've been dating for 5 months think. There's no way I can take a shower at his. No way we can go on holiday. It will only get worse from here.

Am I latching onto something that will never work? Why is 1 year the magic timeline for a miracle to happen?

No I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy. It has been the centre of my life for nearly 5 years. My best 5 years which I should've spent on focusing on college rather than this.
