Maybe DHT is doing more dmg than that amount of T.
For sure, but more T = more DHT too at the local tissue level since there's lots of 5AR in the scalp. Serum doesn't tell us everything. But yeah try finasteride and up your OM to 5-6mg if possible

Yeah, that’s what I thought too, but now OP should try his new regimen first and keep in mind the other options as well.

This might be my regimen for now: Dutas MWF, Finas rest of the days, Oral minoxidil 4mg(gonna increase it when I finish this pack to 5mg) Topical bica 10mg/ml once a week and 17a estradiol 0.05% every night.

If you want Finasteride, try topical OP for more scalp DHT blockade.

Both fineasstoride and dudeasstoride
It might sounds too much, but topical Finasteride makes sense because it targets more scalp DHT than oral dutasteride, at least in the studies and in the normal dutasteride 0.5mg dose. So, topical Finasteride to target 5AR2 on scalp, oral Dutasteride target 5AR2 stronger and also treating 5AR1. I can only say that when I combined both, oral and topical Finasteride, my results got a great boost.

dude your T is high! dutasteride didn't work for me either. Hop back on finas, increase oral minoxidil, and honestly I might even add RU with your T being that high bro
I think my T is high too on dutasteride. Havent checked but its possible because I felt strong af on dutasteride. Yet dutasteride helps my hair but I had rather low T before dutasteride tbh I checked it before at 20.

I combined oral and topical dutasteride didnt boost results. At all. Actually ever since dropping topical dutasteride and being on only oral my shedding is lower.

If you have no miniaturization you shouldn't be worried. Just focus on discover why your anagen phase doesn't work properly.

I think the key for topical Dutasteride it’s the vehicle. You need something good to penetrate the scalp, because of the molecular weight. Oral Dutasteride at the moment seems better because of this. On the other hand, topical Finasteride seems to gather great results.

I derma stamped from time to time. On days when I didnt stamp i rubbed it in very hard. I have read guys getting Side effects even from liposomal dutasteride without needling and sides from alcohol/pg no Rolling so it definately penetrates easier than you would think. But as I said my shedding is less since stopping it. So it means it did something. Ketoconazole shampoo has reduced my shedding more than topical dutasteride ever could.
