if you cut it shorter, then it makes it look worse because there is less coverage. unless you are meaning something differant

it depends on how much hair you have. like if you have a bald spot, it'll obviously show

Unless there is something lurking there on the very top which I can't see in the pics...this guy's hair looks perfectly normal.

If Rogaine alone did this, that is great ! His hair looks very good like that and is a good style for him.
