Two middle aged ladies in my line the other day started to talk to eachother in russian. Then, apologized explaining that they were just being mean. Basically this woman just admitted in front of my face that she was talking **** about my bald head to her friend in russian. All I could do was sneer at her and shake my head.

Not every conversation in the work place is to do with work. People talk socially to get through the day at work. Loads of places I've worked people get into a conversation about age.

very very true. shaving is more hiding because you are kinda metaphorically putting your head down amongst the standard "skin shave" guys . . . . .

it's conformist and boring and is obviously trying to reduce the contrast between the bald areas and the hair areas.

I always thought of it this way, that letting what is still there grow reasonably was assuming baldness, rather than shaving, that really show a guy doesn't care, but it's like looking 10 years older
