The main difference between you and me is I already had 3 transplants. Yes, my hairline is like that of a NW2, but it is super thin. I've used up most of my scalp donor supply already.

In many posts, you imply I'm a NW2 with lots of hair and should not be worried.
Fact is, I'm a NW4a, whose paid for 3 hair transplants already. Depending on the camera lighting, you either can't see my scalp in front, or can't see my hair in front.

OK, I'm not a NW5 yet. But I do have a 1 inch wide diffuse path down the center which I can see in the mirror. And if I buzz my hair to less than 1/2 inch long, you can see a circle in back 3 inches wide that is thinner than the rest. Very noticeable if I shave my head.

When I get the tattoos, I'll do my scar, my vertex, the top path, and in front of my ears. I'll also do the rest of my front, but after I get some BHT done.

I figure $2000 for the tats, and $20,000 for the BHT.
As for you, you got probably 50% more area to fill than I started with. Or maybe twice. At least you won't be wasting $9 per graft on Bosley the first time and get a bad scar, or get a third hair transplant where none of it grows out. Yes, I got on Propecia younger than you did, but you are getting hair transplants when they are much more advanced.

And you will need money to do any of this. I'm not saying get on with your life, since you can't without women. I'm just saying you should learn to have fun making money, and don't spend it on women. If she loves hanging out with you and having sex, great. If she wants you to pay, save it for the hair and get a woman without paying later. Hot guys don't have to pay. I know many women who pay to have hot guys. Hot women who do this too.

I'm looking for work right now (I wonder how HP's doin) but the economy sucks, especially where I live. I would like to be able to make serious cash but I just don't have the means and I don't have a hustler's mentality that can take advantage of people. IDK, I guess deep down if I want it enough then if I work hard and save then eventually I can make it happen. When I first came to this site I was already bald. I didn't know how hard it was to get your hair back so originally I was hoping somehow for something better than what is currently available. I thought I had a chance, but then I read the horror stories and the testimonials and then the odds, my chances of getting my hair back grew dimmer. So I don't take finasteride. I'm skeptical that hair transplants are going to restore me to a cosmetically acceptable level. It's a whole hell of alot to go through to get your hair back but as you can see, I would be a different person than I am now. In your case, the micropigmentation would serve it's purpose better for you than me since you have enough hair to camoflauge it. It would be like permanent toppik for you without the hassle. It would take alot more for me to pass for someone with a full head of hair, with dire consequences. But I didn't know you were a nw4, or maybe I did and forgot. :dunno: In any case, why did you feel the need to tell me all of this?
