its likely that more people take the generics than the GSK avodart, sites like this are testament to that

so why bother going to the trouble of counterfeiting a drug that is going to sell less than its generic counterpart?

anyway, there is no right or wrong to this discussion unless somebody can provide data of generics sales vs avodart sales, or more specifically, tests that show the content of each of the pills; so its all purely academic.

And ive never heard of anyone questioning the legitimacy of the genuine stuff as opposed to hearing plenty of scepticism over generics.

you're so foolish. even if you had a batch tested it would say nothing about FUTURE batches. it would only tell you the authenticity of that set of pills. you'd have to keep doing it for every new set you got. haha.

I dont remember ever saying every batch of either generic dutasteride or genuine avodart is, and will be, good stuff. The topic of the conversation was the likelyhood of a certain type of product being fake or not.

Stick to the facts instead of trying constantly trying to prove your 'right' about everything junior.

don't tell me to stick to the facts, aussie, when you have no proof that the drugs are fake. the burden of proof is on you to prove that a batch is fake through certifiable chemical tests from a respected laboratory. these tests will likely cost thousands of dollars.

do not post that the drugs from this pharmacy are fake until you have proof.

dont post that all the drugs from this pharmacy are genuine, until you have proof, as my experience contradicts that suggestion

Well, UP got back to me with this email.

I'm sorry for the delay getting back to you, but can't see any earlier
emails from you about this subject.

We have been purchasing three brands of generic dutasteride from the same
supplier for almost three years (Dutas, Duprost and Dutagen) and these are
three of our best-selling products. The manufacturers of these brands are
very well renowned (Dr Reddy's, Cipla and Ranbaxy respectively).

We have never felt the need to have the pills tested as the feedback from
customers (including many who were previously taking Avodart) has been
overwhelmingly positive.

If there are any more specific questions you would like us to answer, please
let us know ad we will do our best to answer.

Regards,

John Mills
