I'm just chillin' out until 2020. I've been waiting three decades for something substantial. If it works, fine, I'll wait for commercialization. I'm beyond any other treatment.

Still talking about commercialisation, with no human trails?

if tsuji speeds through FDA clinical trails (1-3) from 2020 and no delays, we are still talking about 5 years for an FDA approval.

But we know there are delays, and maybe they even stretch the clinical trails for the a long time period, so even longer, maybe 7 years with no delays.

So IF we are optimistic then its earliest 2025, are we realistic maybe 2030 unless some crazy breakthrough is getting discovered that let them look into shorter clinical trails.

Please read the thread before posting about something discussed on every other page.
Tsuji will not go through the standard FDA trial. He is in Japan and aiming for release there. There are different rules for approval of stem cell treatments in Japan.

Yes but rest of the world is not japan. And since we have seen other companies not opening for foreigners in phase 3, then how many can actually benefit from this treatment? If it ever gets past phase 1.

And tsuji still needs to complete a Phase 2 trail in japan. which is still some years away. if not still closer to 5 than 2, maybe optimistic 2023 if they can run through phase 1 and 2 with no delays.

And if they want to go global, then there is still some conditions that need to be met, and if they can't do that, it still requires more clinical trails. Just like Replicel are doing with their clinical trails, not only doing them in Japan, but also Europe.

Tsuji in precedent papers talked about human trials in 2019 and release in 2020. I think we can assume he knows the Japanese legislation regarding trials.

Tsuji and others talked about medical tourism so people traveling from the US or EU to japan to get this operation done is actually their plan.

So you believe they can do phase 1 trails in months, and then already release to japanese market shortly after?

If you look at other stem cell companies, it took them 5 years to get to that point.

Replicel completed their Phase 1 in 2017, and we are still waiting for their conditional release in Japan. and we are in Q3 in 2019.

Also Replicels first "first in human" trail was in around 2010 ! and 7 years later they complete a phase 1 trail.

Here the claims are that Tsuji can do everything faster than previous experiences we know of in Japan, complete everything for conditional release in Japan in less than 1½ years.

And remember we have no "proof of concept" in humans or "first in human" study from tsuji, so they can't even apply for the conditional release at all.

All of this in less than 1½ years, that is too me so naive as it can be. I be amazed beyond believe is this happens within 1½ years.

Sorry new to this thread, but I'm an aggressive diffuse thinner, so would this not be beneficial for me as I have no hairs that aren't extremely sensitive to dht?

Go get DHT cream and rub it in your scalp until your last hair is gone. Then go on Tsuji treatment.

Joke aside, RCH-01 and Follica will be a godsend for diffuse hairloss and I hope they deliver soon and with good efficiency. Honestly, very sceptical about that.
