Are Phase 1 results at least out?

No, allergen has yet to publish them

http://www.allerganclinicaltrials.com/results/

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/resu...cd_s=&prcd_e=&sfpd_s=&sfpd_e=&lupd_s=&lupd_e=

However results for bimatoprost are out, and they are not good. Basically you should use minoxidil instead.

I thought that the bimatoprost trials were dead?

Thank you for documenting things. Some of us supported you financially, and you rewarded that by doing your part, and documenting your progress.

It looks like Allergan might have dropped Bimatoprost in favor of Latanoprost

Man 2g/day seti + latanoporst (pics below) would be really nice.

Keep in mind guys blocking PGD2 (seti) and using a growth stimulant (latanoprost, minoxidil, PGE2) have a synergistic effects

You got any more of em pixels?

- study includes 16 people
- 24 weeks of placebo vs 24 weeks of laranoprost 0.1%
- Latanprost seems to have some regrowth. Even placebo seems to be doing something which is strange.

CONCLUSION In this pilot study, latanoprost significantly increased overall hair density and the number of vellus and terminal hairs compared with baseline and the placebo-treated area after 8 weeks of topical treatment. This suggests that latanoprost could be useful for treating androgenetic alopecia. More research is needed to determine the optimal dose and treatment duration of latanoprost or other candidate prostaglandin analogues.

Just so people dont get confused. A and B are both Before pics but on different parts of the scalp.

C is the after of A (placebo) and D is the after of B (latanoprost)

Nice find!

Yea man everyone here whos doing Seti needs to add a growth stimulant.

Being on only seti 2g/day will only stop hairloss dead in its tracks. But their will be very little to no growth.

A lot of people here are saying they are okay with maintenance, but i fee like they will be disappointed with maintenance alone.

If you invested all this money into seti you might as well spend a little bit more and add a growth stimulant

so seti for maintenance and latanprost for regrowth? This is looking quite exepensive

PGE2 is potentially better than latanoprost. Their are cheap sources on Ali baba (70 cents or less/day) but somone has to bite the bullet and get it tested.

My concern with latanoprost is that it is designed to treat gluacoma.

in the presence of 100 micrograms of minoxidil, PGE2 is reduced from a control value of 87.7 +/- 2.2 pg/ml to 23.9 +/- 3.2 pg/ml.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2553835

didnt minoxidil increase pge2? this is confusing as f***

also i dont notice anything out of the ordinary of 5 years of aging from 23 to 28.. which is when the decline in overall quality starts

PGE1 (minoxidil) antagonizes PGE2

They shouldnt be used togethor
