thought i'd do an update seen at its 2014 and im now 32

been on fincar cutting it up into 4 and using nizoral to shampoo with every now and then
havent noticed really hair thinning or receding since starting treatment so touch wood it will carry on..... thanks to this website for the info etc all those years ago when i started

oh yeah and no side effects or anything over all these years
