Is a derminator not like $200? Seems way too expensive.

It's a total rip off. Get that if you want I just don't understand why you wouldn't copy exactly what I did. It's baffling. Why do you want to use a different and more expensive pen than the one I used? Please explain.

Ooft you've been suckered! That means you've been ripped off. You seen their website lolol?

Dermapen. I think the guy promoting the Derminator must work for them. It's not 'medical grade' and it's a rip off.

I'm from the UK and the Derminator is at least 3 times what I paid for mine.

I do NOT think the Derminator is a scam. In fact, it looks like a good piece of equipment. However, I do not think it is "medical grade", nor do I think it's worth the money when cheaper ones are on Amazon.

Why not give yourself even longer to think? Start out with a $10 dermaroller and if that gives you results you can consider upgrading to a pen.

Im trying to believe your not just scamming us in order to get this pen of yours sold but from reading what your saying it keeps looking more and more like you are, disregarding other devices where the general consensus on here is that the derminator is the better pen. I know you have said to people that if they think your tryng to scam then you advise to just derma roll but that could be an easy way of trying to seem sincere.

I hope you are not a scammer and you have had that real success both for yourself and for the potential for everyone else on here but it all seems very fishy to me.

It feels like a solid piece of kit..

The needle cartridge looks exactly like those used in the Derminator. Which arrived yesterday (Derminator 2). Tried it out just for a few passes with the twelve needle cartridge. The pulsing of the magnet makes quite a thumping effect. Not quiet but acceptable noise level. I'm going to run it through some wax or PVS, slice a cross section and measure the depth accuracy. I'll also check the needle diameter with the digital micrometer. Maybe someone could do the same with the DrPen.

I'm starting to think the same, reluctantly. I want to believe that it’s true but the general tone of this poster is a bit rude, dismissive and condescending. That alone doesn’t mean the results are not genuine. However, it does give an uneasy feeling. When I compare the general attitude to @somebody’s thread, somebody’s attitude was one of relief to have hair back and he seemed to enjoy helping people with information about his method. This guy here doesn’t want too many questions and keeps bringing it back to the dermapen he “used”. Also in one of the posts on his new thread he gave links again to products on Amazon. It’s all a bit suss to me.

Possibly...but the seller of the pen he links, is a Chinese company called YuanYi that seem to sell a whole host of various anti aging devices....so at best he is just getting affiliate commission....and how many people are actually going to buy that pen off the back his story? Probably make a few £100 at best..seems a lot of effort with videos to scam...but then again, this is the hairloss industry.

Either way, it looks like Dermneedling is good for your hair anyway, so getting his results or not ill carry on....its half the cost of Trinov and a 1 time purchase.

Yeah, well I would definitely buy the dermapen anyway as it seems to be something that can stimulate growth. I'm already using a derma-roller and seeing slow but steady results. Will try and get a dermapen by the end of the year. The general tone of posts by this user seems strange.

I wouldn't take it personally..its the nature of the hair loss world for people to be skeptical, because there are so many people trying to scam people that are losing their hair with promises of growing their hair back and has been happening for so long that its not surprising, especially something thats so emotional such as hair loss.

I wasn't digging.....I bought the pen you suggested, so I saw who the seller was.

Either way, you have to be a little more thick skinned......there will always be people calling you a scammer on this site....ignore it.

@74775446, if possible, could you measure the diameter of the needle on your pin? I'm just curious about technical details. Personally, I don't think it matters Derminator or DrPen. Just use the damn things and go for it. To me the cost didn't matter and I just fell for the sell on the Derminator, so we'll see how it holds up. I've used a dermaroller, much more painful and red/slight blood at 1 mm than Derminator at 2 mm.

Then just ignore them?

Quite a few people have taken your advice and are doing the same routine, so you have helped people if they manage to grow some hair back.

You had the same on Reddit....people will always doubt mate.

Not anything like on here. Totally different culture and this one isn't one I want to be part of.
I was the one who posted your results, I thought a lot of people here would be inspired to try it themselves. I didn’t think about all the backlash and skepticism other members would bring - but I should’ve, because about half the members here are bitter assholes. Either way, thank you for at least sharing your results and methods, it’s given me and many other members a great reason to start doing this. If you never return to this forum again, I don’t blame you - if I was getting your results I’d be gone too. Wish you the best of luck man.

Correct me if I am wrong but the Derminator is $200 and is not available on Amazon, at least not in the UK.

Why, when you have seen my results, would you choose to pay $200 when you could pay 1/4 or 1/2 that?

What is "this pen of mine"? All I've done is shown you exactly the same one I used, which you can see in the video I went to the effort of making. It costs £45 and clearly does the trick. You are clearly an expert in weighing everything up so you will surely make the right choice.

I'm only on here because someone posted my results from Reddit. I do apologise for trying to help.

hey bud, if your not a scammer then great keep doing what your doing but maybe dont keep promoting that exact pen that has the affiliate link? To just discuss about the benefits of the wounding and the processes needed to get results, im all for that of course. The problem is whether it started on reddit or here its on here now so it is what it is. We've had many people try to use dodgy tactics in the past so it dose make us rather sensitive to these things.

So if you are doing it out of kind nature then I apologise but I would also say that if im totally inaccurate then why get so upset? who cares what a loser like me on the internet says if he suggests it to be fishy

I'm not taking it personally but I've got a full head of hair and more important things to worry about than people being suspicious because someone started a thread about me.

Hopefully you will stay on here and continue to update. If people are sceptical it's because they're desperate for something to work, don't take it personally

51 mins have past. Only feeling it a little bit and the redness is nearly gone.

Dont think I used enough pressure. I'll redo it Friday. :(
