hayoo watsup guyz!
got some good news, actually ausome have been on proscar 1.5mg for 2 years now, guess what my head is full of new hair.
i am a diffuse thinner, so all my hair is thin now but what!!! i have really sharp pointy short hair growing all over my head!!! and when my thin hair are falling when i look at them by putting them over a white background i can clearly see that the end compared to the tip is getting thicker which is opposite to what was happening meaning my hair is breathing again, and is in business!!! man i am so happy am going to get a cut.
can u believe even my barber asked me for the medicine, shampoo every thing he said i was using, he couldn't believe it either.
By the way i use Nizoral 1% anyway. so yea no itchiness, hair still coming off aprrox 10-15 strand which are the weak ones so i dont care abt that.
best of luck to ya alllllll, will be having a big party!

Hey congrats  , You are making me jealous but at least I know there is hope. I have been on Proscar (and Fincar) for 6 monthes now 2.5 per day and the itching is starting to flare up again on one side. Where do you get your proscar from? Mine is from Inhouse.

Congrats man! I have been on finasteride for 6 months nearly and have seen nothing but massive shedding and destruction of my hairline and crown. Did you experience a shedding when you initially started finasteride? If so, when did things turn around?

Do you still lose hair in the shower, while brushing and during the day?

I am pretty depressed about my own hairloss situation but very happy that things worked out for you.

yeah shedding

yeah man i was shedding even after using proscar for 6 months but things turned around approx 1 year and 6 months because even if proscar is working then u dont see results instantly u know u cant just hair full hair loss stop after just 6 months. imagine how long have u been experiencing hair loss e.g mine started 3 years ago so multiply that by 4 and it will probably take 12 years for my hair to go as normal as 3 years ago. Hair regrowth and stopping it is a very long process it take time and patient however one important point i want to make is that after about 3 months of using proscar there was no more itching or burning in my head at all ZEROoooooo and ZUlch. After using proscar for 6 months i decided to stop it because i was using nizoral at the time i thought only itching has stopped cuz of nizoral but not prosc so i even stopped for 15 days and still was using nizoral but my head was burning and starting to become itchy like hell i didnt wait a second i started back on proscar and now finally 2 years onward i am relieved, new beautiful shinny hair and really thick absolutely love em and am look alot younger man hair loss makes u look really old. but anywayzz i know i can feel how ur guyz are best of luck and be patient it take s time everything especially hair restoration.
u cant grow beans overnight!
