Ways of dividing pills

How do you divide your finasteride pills into smaller doses? What's the most effective way to get the smallest dose possible?

For Propecia i guess 0,25, otherwise you'd have to take it in liquid form (I guess "first" thit that).

Oh, so you dissolve it in something? But can it be cut with a regular knife?

Buy a $2 pill cutter from a pharmacy/Walmart/whatever. They make cutting pills very, very easy.
