Weirdly Shaped Cowlick Or Balding? Really Need Your Help

Sorry for bombarding you with so many pics, but i really can't tell if I'm balding or not.
First 3 pics my hair is wet.
Last 3 are from a year ago when i had a short haircut.
None of my brothers are bald(ing) AFAIK.
None of my mother's brothers is bald except one who has diffuse thinning.
My father still rocks a full set of hair at his late 50s.
I'm 25. I always find hairs on the pillow and in the shower.
Do you see anything concerning? Should i go to a dermatologist? What do you think?

Diffuse thinning, get on finasteride 1 mg daily and nizoral twice a week. Do this for a while then start rogaine twice daily if you're not happy with the results.

Also it's very unlikely that I'll get the hair i lost back right?

I have no idea how long you'll keep your hair without treatment, but if you've been slowly balding since your teenage years then you probably still have 5+ years of decent hair. If the hair loss is recent you probably have less than 5 years of decent hair. Your hair is still pretty thick and treatments may possibly regrow hair for you. Even if they only maintain your hair, nobody will know you are balding. You'll have to decide for yourself whether you want to fight baldness, nobody else can help you decide.

Yeah, i'd say start with finasteride and nizoral shampoo, some people get great results with just these two, take for a year or so, take pics every couple of months to chart your progress. If you want later you can add minoxidil, or you can start with it right away, it's up to you.
