What Are Your Thought About Nose Surgery ?

Most "nose problems" are indeed maxilla problems. Make sure you correct the root of the problem before cutting your nose tip to pieces.
Yes, that's what I thought too. If one manages to somehow push his maxilla forward the tip of the nose would in theory aline with the dorsal hump.
How could you possibly fix a maxilla problem?
According to some incels there's this thing called "mewing" where you put your tongue on the roof of the mouth or something like that. If you are still in puberty you've got a good chance to position your maxilla in a better position. I'm doing it myself to see if it works since I noticed that I had a bad oral posture the whole time, which probably contributed to my sh*t nose.

Nothing is going to change the attachment of the maxilla to the base of the skull as the bone was laid down and developed since birth. Pushing against it with the tongue will only flare the anterior teeth outward. This is known as tongue thrust habit and also seen in thumb sucking habit in children. Some people have faces that are flat others with more prominent forward jaws. Most women today considered beautiful or sexy are those with a more forward characteristic known as bimaxillary protrusion. Very common in asians. I never liked flat-faced women. I went for the bi-max type.

Yeah, the whole maxilla thing Mike Mew speculated about sounds indeed like pseudoscience. According to Mew mouthbreathing during puberty let the maxilla grow downwards, if this is true, you could in theory stop this wrong development by assuming a correct oral posture. But as said, it sounds like pseudoscience.
EDIT: Why should the teeth go outward ? Could it theoretically be possible to push the area between the nose and the teeth more forward and upward?

I just googled " tongue thrust habit" and that's not what I meant. Mewing is about keeping your tongue on your palate.

Pushig your tongue against the maxilla is not the same as pushing the teeth. Doing the second thing will make you look worse. The first thing is needed to counter the forces of your facial muscles.

I understood what you meant. Just pointing out the factors involved in changing the appearance based relative to maxilla forces. But again keeping your tongue in the palate is not going to effect any change in AP maxilla position or even width, especially in an adult. Orthodontists can facilitate development in children with specific appliances however as Pelopeleon points out above. Surgery in adults is done though for maxillary advancement in Class III cases, like the le Fort II I mentioned in a previous post. These are really fun surgeries that transform the lives of children (of course they don't know it because they then don't have to live life as retrognathic cuck after). I should correct that. Surgery like just mentioned is not done on children but rather adults. Ortho appliances can correct most but not extreme cases of Cl III malocclusion.

I have been "mewing " since I am 17 . ( currently 25 ) .
and i have quite a good maxila , and tongue posture . But it doesn't change anything for a bulbous tip nose

A bulbous nose can look way bigger if the cheekbones and all the bone around is recessed. Everything is a matter of balance.

Many kids have middle photo face in class 2 to 5.
This doesn't mean they will never have maxilla of third photo without mewing.

Might be possible... Nobody knows with certainty if oral posture has any impact on the maxilla, however being a former mouthbreather myself , I must say that my nasal airways were blocked all the time. Now they are magically more open since I started mewing.

Mewing isn't supposed to do something about a bulbous nose tip...

Hair loss has made me more respectful of celebrities getting transplant and plastic surgery. We are afraid of what people think on the streets even though they don't give a sh*t but if you are a celebrity, if you are starting to lose your hair, half a million people will ridicule you and that is completely ignoring the aspect of career where appearance matters.
