Here is my entire supplement regimen:

Enzymatic Therapy multivit (link above)
Alpha Lipoic Acid (300mg am)
L-Glutamine (750mg am)
Acetyl L-Carnitine (500mg am)
CoQ10 (100mg am and pm)
Omega 3 EFA:
(400mg EPA, 200mg DHA, both am)
Borage Oil:
(300mg GLA/Omega 6, 480mg Linoleic Acid/Omega 6, 190 Oleic Acid/Omega 9)
CLA (780mg, am)
Milk Thistle (600mg, am and pm)
Valerian (200mg, pm)
Acidolphilus (Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum) 1 bi CFM

hey gardener, why are you taking all these supps, are they all for hair loss or just general health? im thinking of adding milk thistle for my liver

The Gardeners knees get a bit stiff when performing the Dadhyayataka there is nothing wrong with that. :wink:

Soy Isoflavone 50mg 2x/day - DHT blocker
Green Tea Extract 100-125mg 2x/day- Serum DHT Inhibitor
Grapeseed Extract 60-100mg 2x/day- Serum DHT Inhibitor

*Saw Palmetto Extract(Beta-Sitosterol) 160mg 2x/day - Androgen Receptor Blocker

My top 3 are the first 3, and I've added Saw Palmetto as a 4th.

I was wondering how you were getting on with the apple polyphenol products, are you seeing any results as of yet? Also are you using the HairRex products?
