What did you think of Hair loss as a child?

I thought everything is under NW4 is just a hairline.

Same with me, and as all the pre 50 year old balding in my family is receding hairlines, I remember even saying before "I'm never going bald. No one in my family is bald," while my dad had like an NW3 hairline...what a fool I was. I didn't register my own hairloss until I was deep into NW2 territory(and looking back on pictures, I was an NW2 for YEARS before I realized anything was wrong). Up until that point, I only thought of balding as something that took place from the back or top of the head.

It's crazy how much you don't think about it until it happens to you its all you see when your in public .

Although I didn't think about it much , I figured it may happen somedAy in my 40s or 50s

I was scared of going bald since I was a kid. I looked at those subhuman baldies (including my dad) and wished I would not end up like that. Im NW2 and im already infinitely depressed just to think about what's coming. My scalp itches and my hairline miniaturizes by the daily as well as my crown. I need a bullet to the brain.

As much as I hate hearing these anecdotes , I do have to say.. At least these females were honest.
Females opinion on baldness is a binary state

0: They are saying it's not that bad, they are lying.
1: They are brutally honest.

Not to scare you, but this is a sign you're in for some serious baldness. At least that's what happened to me when my scalp began to itch (it never stopped). Let's hope you are a good hair transplant candidate...

What treatments did you try? If I get a hair transplant, I want a NW1 hairline, anything else and its not worth it, just get a wig.

My dad was bald since I can remember, and I always respected him. I never really thought about the fact that he was bald. Baldness just seemed like a normal thing.

Also, growing up I loved Stone Cold Steve Austin, who was bald, and my opinion as a kid of him being bald was that he was just too cool to have hair, and I thought he looked great.

So get a wig then bro! Stop talking about it.

You will realize how much of a privileged it is to still have a full head of hair, and not have to worry about having a good attachment. That's the problem with wigs, they are all smoke, and mirrors, but when it comes to the maintenance, constant touch ups, avoiding prolonged sun exposure, avoiding certain intimate positions do you realize how much better it is to have your own hair, albeit thin or receded. Simple enjoyments in life such as showering, and vigorously scrubbing your own scalp, and feeling refreshed will never feel the same. Towel patting the hair sequentially, and making sure you have a strong bond before going in the shower are obstacles, as is sleeping in the right position avoiding strain on the piece. I lost count on the amount of times my bond was lifted in the morning after I slept or how suddenly my gummy bond came right off after a shower.

never mind having women sleep over, you will wake up.. and crawl your beta *** to the bathroom to comb, and fix your piece into position because your bedhead is leaving uneven textures, and difference in your native:synthetic apparatus. Dont forget to pat your bond down before you get back into bed and see her again, might of lifted a bit.

people who reside in there attic/basement should never give advice. Remember, you need life experience not google credentials.
