what do you do when your baldness displeasure comes to a head?

wat do you do when u feel the anger, inferiority, and sadness over baldness come to a critical mass?

i used to just have epic freakouts/meltdowns but im too lazy and lifeless to have them anymore

mainly i either smoke weed or involve myself in a good show or movie or game. music isnt the same anymore cuz most musicians have full hair and music is the "cool" thing and as a bald man im the epitome of "uncool"

but ive been having trouble getting weed lately and im getting absolutely insane over how inferior baldness makes me feel and how the full heads around me belittle it with their ****ing smug grins. and i cant watch movies or play games all the time

the way put people put it down honestly made me feel like killing this dog i know with a sledgehammer. i would never do it but its just so ****ing overwhelming sometimes

wat do u do about these times?

You are not inferior, this is really important to realise. You are probably (haven't seen before and after pictures of you) less attractive and although that can be painful, you shouldn't live your life around that. I don't know what music you're listening but here in Eastern Europe, a lot of male singers (especially rappers) have really short hair or they are slick bald. I've been to Bulgaria on a holiday this week and that's true there also.

Have you tried anything? If not, why not give it a go? Fred got amazing result with his hair transplant, he looks like he shaves the hair for fun. A NW2.5 buzzcut with a good body will make you look insanely attractive.

I go and throw the ball around and get the endorphins released.
Then watch p**rn.

Though, when I'm out and about and this inferior cloud comes over my ***, it's tough.
It only take one sighting of a blissful full head and I wanna destroy something.

It is if you have a NW6 area to cover. I am not in the hair transplant business, but I would estimate that for Exodus to get a result similar to Fred's he would need somewhere around $15k. Maybe even more? That is a lot of cash for a guy in his early 20's. But like you said, if it affects you that much, then you have to do what you have to do to make it happen. Get a job, stop smoking weed and put that money toward a transplant, etc.

Yeah. I'm not at that stage so I guess it's easy for me to say, but if (more like when) I get to that stage, I will do everything in my power to just focus and save on a transplant. You can get excellent results in Turkey from an IAHRS surgeon for a fraction of the cost in US/UK from what I've seen. Although it's not just about the money, also about donor hair....

Exactly, it's all about the hairline. A thin or even bald vertex doesn't matter as much. I see this in old men. As long as they have some hairline and keep it short, they look awesome even if their vertex is long gone.

Yep. As someone who is purely frontal receding, aesthetically it really is all about that frame. I'd swap a bald spot on my crown for this hairline recession any day.

Try anti-depressants. Ive been on and off lexapro for years. Recently got back on because hair loss was bumming me out again. Stay away from Japanese videogames, everyone has amazing hair, they make you feel like ****!
As for music, I get you. I love rock and metal music, but its hard seeing all your idols with perfect hair. At least some bands are fronted by baldies. Smashing Pumpkins being one awesome example, Alkaline Trio is fraught with hair loss. System of A Down has a bald bassist and balding guitarist now as a hat prisoner. Axl Rose had a bad hair transplant and covered up with bandanas, braids and hats. You could always get into Anthraxor Joe Satriani. Red Hot Chili Peppers has drummer has been a hat prisoner for years and half of AC DC too.

I day dream about being a privileged fullhead. It's a nice temporary escape from reality; that feeling of being socially accepted is priceless. This is also followed by a very LOW feeling of the realization that I'm just a bottomfeeding shitheel.

but ive been having trouble getting weed lately

Why? Do you buy it legally over there or from a dealer?

Swing gave some good advice. I think you should see a hair transplant surgeon, find any in your area that offer a free consultation. This way you won't pay anything while they analyse your donor density and tell you of what look they can give you. I know you can't afford the transplant yet but imagine they give you some good news about what can be achieved, it may give you some motivation to make money/study. Just don't let them know you're basically using the consultation for this purpose. Although it could back fire too if you find out your donor density is not great.

I suppose you don't like systems, it's costly too but it could make you feel A LOT better.

have you thought about doing a trade? where I live electricians make more than lawyers. college is going to suck hard when you see all the nw1s partying and having fun. it might depress you to the point where you cbf studying

Last time I felt ****ty I rewatched the japanese videos Replicel uploaded to their youtube channel and that gave me hope. It's tentatively coming in 2018; enough time to save up and not so far away.

It also helps to talk with someone face to face that is close to you who is also suffering from hair loss. You can talk together about how much hair loss sucks and you will stop feeling alone. Sometimes that leads to valuable conversations about life in general.

THIS is a good tip. I think Ive suggested the same thing about doing blue collar where there are more high Norwood guys working. Electricians make buco bucks and so do HVAC guys.
Trades are the way to go, I used to be a plumber before going back to school but always said if I could go back in time Id be an electrician or HVAC guy since tradesman demand is actually back on the rise since so many douches (myself included) got suckered into college.

Wow I didn't know there was a song based on baldness. It's kind of funny at some points but seems like the band knows a thing or two about how one feels suffering from male pattern baldness. I wonder how many men actually thank god that "it's him instead of me".

A lot of men quietly say to themselves "thank god its him and not me". But they would never admit it. Because hair loss is "Nothing brah!!!, women love confidence!"
