Basketball, swimming, running.
However 3 months ago I had 3 wipeouts in a single game; hyperextended my lower back, bruised my hip and smashed my left elbow, am left with constant clicking in my elbow now (unless it's bound to get better). I've had to do physio, massages, etc. for the last while and I'm still in some pain. Can't wait until i'm at 100% so I can jump back into being physically active.
Somehow ended up playing three hours of intense pick-up basketball the other day. Body was absolutely wrecked afterwards. Not in shape for that hah.
