Hard to tell from the angle but I want to say 1.5 as there is slight rounding in the temporal area.

Probably regrowth. Btw, I noticed a flake on your scalp. Are you using liquid minoxidil? Most of those use PG which can cause a layer of flaking. It might help to switch to the foam which should not contain PG. Dermarolling will help absorption as well.

I really think that these are pretty much miniaturized hairs, got that ss well.
