Haha yeah I still have hope that it might be lifestyle related (I sleep 5-6 hours on average these days) or maybe a nutritional deficiency but maybe I just can’t cope with the idea of it being genetic (my dad started greying in his 40’s).
Early 30’s is a relatively normal age for the first greys to appear but maybe I have more difficulty accepting the fact that I am in my early 30’s instead of those few beard hairs haha.

Edit: removed the part about living the bachelor lifestyle because I forgot this place is full of guys who can’t handle the idea that there are also guys on here who are not in a bad place in their life.

When we were kids we used to see grown ups as something so different but as we can see now nothing really changes on the inside. Nobody likes to get older but having a lot of fun (however that may be), learning to try things and having a family provides meaning for me in life imo and you're less likely to regret anything. Also learning to not give a crap and tackle negative thoughts directly, well you know better about that than me due to your specific job! That said bachelor's life is also cool for the right person, not someone rotting through lack of choice. I've mentioned a mate on here who got married and had a kid, he decided to divorce as he wanted freedom, sounds lame but now he's there for his kid and having fun too, on great terms with his ex wife.

Stress can contribute to greying but I am not sure by how much, we all know some chronic stressed people who smoke a lot and never greyed till late. I guess your grey genetics are different to your dad, similar head of hair though?

Yeah there are some guys who use this forum totally different to us but you shouldn't have edited your post for someone else's sake, let them remain toxic. I know some members on here, they will never respond to real questions even directly relating to them (it triggers them) but I like to see if they have "improved" so we test them lol being diagnostic orientated, sadly they engage in pointless bs on the forum instead but I suppose it fills time in an otherwise stale existence. Unfortunately not everyone can be fixed as you know especially when the issues spans decades and old age creeps in.

Back to greys, as I said look after the top and you can keep the bottom natural if you decide to, looks badass and girls don't care in such circumstances!

apart from everything else, this dude has an ideal eye area. not too extreme like some lookists idolise, but still undoubtedly masculine and strong. with ideal eyebrows as well ( maybe they could be a tad thicker ), flat and low. once again proven that shape > colour

I think that's why guys literally fall into brackets on here in dating: able to attract girls spontaneously or not. No one is a model but being a subversion of the best insta guys comes down to style but also bone structure which allows a guy to enter the attractive bracket. Anyone in this bracket, most regular girls will want to get to know provided other attribute like mental state, career are reasonable. I have a wide mid tier, low flat brow and jaw which I never realised until I came on this site but probably contributed massively to nice girls wanting me, even now considering I am older and settled.

legit. beauty is a thousand calculations made in a fraction of a second. it's seen as a bit of a meme and cope by some, but men do age more gracefully. but only when their attractiveness is the result of bone structure not soft features like skin or hair, which is a more feminine form of beautyand therefore more fleeting as well. a man who has a strong base and takes care of himself will float through life

It is literally in a fraction of a second, something biological in a woman in making that decision of spontaneous, true attraction. I wrote recently of a girl I met randomly who knew I was totally settled with another yet she hit on me despite being a decade and a half younger and barely 20. We had nothing in common and I even said you do realise I am old, she said she didn't and thought I was only a few years older, I don't think she cared even though I found it embarrassing a little. Also we had zero common interests though she adapted herself totally to me. This still happens to be periodically without me actively looking or trying.

Bone structure, I like it call it a facial frame plays a big role as skin and hair don't matter without the facial frame. I could pull off aged skin even if it's only happening to me very slowly but I need hair due to my head shape even if my face is fine. I know my gf has joked that she wants to see me balding and dickless as I'll be all hers and the nicest guy ever, no one else will try anything with me and no one will provoke my interest either lmao.
