Haha yeah I still have hope that it might be lifestyle related (I sleep 5-6 hours on average these days) or maybe a nutritional deficiency but maybe I just can’t cope with the idea of it being genetic (my dad started greying in his 40’s).
Early 30’s is a relatively normal age for the first greys to appear but maybe I have more difficulty accepting the fact that I am in my early 30’s instead of those few beard hairs haha.
Edit: removed the part about living the bachelor lifestyle because I forgot this place is full of guys who can’t handle the idea that there are also guys on here who are not in a bad place in their life.
When we were kids we used to see grown ups as something so different but as we can see now nothing really changes on the inside. Nobody likes to get older but having a lot of fun (however that may be), learning to try things and having a family provides meaning for me in life imo and you're less likely to regret anything. Also learning to not give a crap and tackle negative thoughts directly, well you know better about that than me due to your specific job! That said bachelor's life is also cool for the right person, not someone rotting through lack of choice. I've mentioned a mate on here who got married and had a kid, he decided to divorce as he wanted freedom, sounds lame but now he's there for his kid and having fun too, on great terms with his ex wife.
Stress can contribute to greying but I am not sure by how much, we all know some chronic stressed people who smoke a lot and never greyed till late. I guess your grey genetics are different to your dad, similar head of hair though?
Yeah there are some guys who use this forum totally different to us but you shouldn't have edited your post for someone else's sake, let them remain toxic. I know some members on here, they will never respond to real questions even directly relating to them (it triggers them) but I like to see if they have "improved" so we test them lol being diagnostic orientated, sadly they engage in pointless bs on the forum instead but I suppose it fills time in an otherwise stale existence. Unfortunately not everyone can be fixed as you know especially when the issues spans decades and old age creeps in.
Back to greys, as I said look after the top and you can keep the bottom natural if you decide to, looks badass and girls don't care in such circumstances!
