Hi,

My hair loss is very aggressive from the front and hairline is receding but temples are going even faster. I am currently using Minoxidil 5% foam but heard that it's of no good for those with aggressive hairloss. Not sure how true it is so I would like some input on this.

Apart from that what is known to work best for slowing down or stopping aggressive hairloss ? I can't take finasteride orally since I already had sides (sexual wasn't the problem, but brain fog did me) but willing to give try to anything else.

1.Try to get some knowledge about potent topical antiandrogen which is RU55841
2. Switch FOAM to liquid.
3. You can try Higher minoxidil percentage
4 if 1.2.3 points wont help, you need to go bald then, nobody won vs male pattern baldness without antiandrogens.

If you have aggresive male pattern baldness dont waste time on Saw Palmetto or other low-rate effective shits.

Good luck.

You still on finasteride bro, how is it working out for you ?

Is liquid better than foam ? What is the actual difference btw ?

I am not on finasteride like month. It just didnt helped my hairline so i dropped it, and also had some sides(bone and muscle pain/weakness) They could be tolerated for me, but really finasteride did nothing for me.

I need to update my status.

Foam is hard to apply mostly hairs are greasy as sh*t. Most people will tell you after some experience liquid is better, and you can massage your scalp easly with liquid.
