I think you are mixing up self esteem/ self worth with confidence. I will say this again as I said it once before confidence is based on competence. For instance, the more you interact with women, the more experience you get. The more experience you get will give you the competence on how to interact with women. Once you master how to interact with women, you will exude confidence. A virgin is not going to exude confidence with his first sexual encounter. If he has watched hours of p*rn, he might know how to fake competence and confidence but until he is competent in knowing how to please a women, he will never exude true confidence. Not giving a f*** is not confidence. Its putting value into something according to your own terms or perspective.
