What is my norwood ? Do I need to use dutasteride again ?

3 years ago I used dutasteride and spironolactone both for 1 year and I quit because of the side effects. For 1.5 year I didn't have a regimen and now this is my situation ? Is there any recession on my vertex ? And whats my norwood ?

You are clearly thinning on temples and mid scalp(I would say NW3). You also have dandruff which might be only making the hair loss even worse due to inflammation. If you had sides with oral medication you can try topical finasteride/dutasteride and see how it goes, but you have to solve your dandruff at the same time or topical products may not work its best.

Get on topical finasteride and oral minoxidill at least or bye bye hair.
