400ng/dl is what i'd consider the bare acceptable minimum. 500ng/dl -> 800 ng/dl is good and healthy. if you are above 800 ng/dl thats pretty high and rare.

Wow. My T level is about 317 ng/dl, and I would say I am healthy, besides balding severly at 17, since I am 13.
