What has better odds?
Hitting the Powerball or curing male pattern baldness?
With that said, Most of us have tried about everything there is to try. Quite simply it’s going to take someone thinking outside the box. I read these forums to get tips or ideas.
I have tried PRP, professional and at home microneedling.. and both haven’t done much.
Recently I started Pantogar which gives me energy, can’t comment on hair regrowth.
I have tried perfect diets, countless herbs, amino acids, with little results.
I’m going to start meso injections of topicals when I get my mesogun. It will inject my topicals deeper in scalp instead of on top.
I also started peptides. I tried a few & they are more potent than expected.
In addition I am going to experiment with standard needle injections( like insulin needles) to see if there is any efficacy with certain peptides & compounds.
Perhaps the topicals aren’t getting deep enough into scalp to do much..
As an example Botox must be injected a few mm into skin to be effective. Putting on skin does nothing, hence no topical Botox.
I am also a student of skin care & been to many seminars.

The Powerball is like 1 in 300 million, treating - not curing - androgenic alopecia is simply a matter of time when looking at the research being conducted, Tsuji has successfully grown human hairs using papilla and epithelial cells, utilizing some sort of 3-D in vitro device for neogenesis of hair follicles ( another study has looked at regenerating hair follicles and concluded One of the biggest hurdles would be allowing the cells to grow and proliferate in a three dimensional environment, apparently Tsuji and his team have figured this out) So I would say you are much more likely to witness a successful treatment for male pattern baldness by 2025 then you are to win the Powerball if you played every draw from now until 2030

My personal experience... minoxidil is not strong enough, which is why I jumped to Sandalore. you've probably seen that thread here. Sandalore is not the best solution, but is stronger than minoxidil in my personal opinion. I stopped shedding, and it's thickening. the only problem i'm having... the provider of my sandalore bottles doesn't provide bottles where they are all of the same quality. one bottle let's me keep my hair, while the other 2 aren't strong enough and my hair sheds again. There's always a hiccup somewhere ;)

has Sandalore really stopped shedding for you??? i'm shedding like mad nowww and do you have a link of where you buy it from??? thanks!

Sure... Here's the link to Perfumer's Apprentice, where i ordered 3 bottles from (beware!!... not all their bottles have the same effect, which is the crap i'm going through... however, it seems that the smaller bottles have the strongest scent / are more effective, which have stopped my shedding... order the 4ml bottles (it could be that somehow the sandalore molecules are more active or have a higher concentration in the smaller bottles. but i don't know! i'm not a chemist):
https://shop.perfumersapprentice.com/p-6219-sandalore-givaudan.aspx

i just also recently ordered from Pellwall, to see if their bottles are better quality / more effective than Perfumer's apprentice:
https://pellwall.com/shop/ingredients-for-perfumery/sandalore/

This is my mix: 60% 190 proof alcohol, 40% propylene glycol, with 4 drops of sandalore mixed in an empty bottle of rogaine.

i mean finasteride works for 85% of people and finasteride+min+needling for around 90%. i don't know what you think the odds are for winning the poerball but i would say they are significantly lower than that

Where did you get those numbers? because "works" have a wide meaning in this context, does it works in terms of regrowth, then 85% is not happening any time soon.

And thats only finisteride.

So i'm just curious, where do you have your numbers from ?

And I assume that they only took men into account that did not quit because of side effects.

Assume? Of course they didn’t. What would be the point of counting hairs on someone thats not on the drug.

Thank you for that. Hate to ask if you have exact measurements of what to do? and is the 190 proof ethyl alcohol? Links would help as well. You don't have to but probably going to shave my head soon but maybe one final push since Zix failed me and gave me awful headaches.

Dutasteride has even better statistics. Take a look at this four-year study, which showed that after the four years, dutasteride had a 99.4 percent success rate: https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/afe0/63496a46dc121440769cc3b843af670ab1c2.pdf. Dutasteride has been successfully treating my own hair loss for five years. I've had no further loss since starting the treatment, and have had a good amount of regrowth and have had minimal side-effects.

We all know that AA's work for most. The question for a lot of guys is not about if they work, but at which cost.
