Really? i thought long germ cpa usage was a bad idea because of tumors etc Yeah he should definitely add oral minoxidil, i think duta, sprio and oral min is a good combination, he could maybe try use RU to block any remaining t/dht on his scalp too. it's weak on it's own but might just give him the little boost he needs when combined with other meds.

Long-term CPA usage is bad if you use higher doses, but at the doses of 6.25mg/day is a significantly lower risk. It’s only to decrease T whilst on bicalutamide.

I use oh flut which works wat better than ru. Still nothing. Am ordering oral minoxidil. Oral spironolactone dropping my libido 70%. Dont think i can keep it going like this

In my opinion, switch out the spironolactone for CPA and add oral minoxidil. Or you can combine a low dose of CPA with bica along with oral minoxidil

I think your libido will slightly decrease, or stay the same as it is now, depending on how effective the minimal dosage of CPA works

Spironolactone is just a weak anti-androgen, it didn’t do much for me either.

I needle daily! and once a week 1.5-2mm wounding. doesnt help.

Lost at least a norwood...

I did dutasteride, spironolactone, and oral minoxidil. Doesn't work for me also side effects. But dutasteride, RU, minoxidil, and micro-needling grows back hair for me.
