Maybe try topical finasteride. It has about the same safety profile but because it's topical you'll feel safer which reduces side effects from the nocebo effect, which is very strong in finasteride.

People on the internet are the ones likely to come and complain. Check statistics, not what "people on the internet" say.

Without finasteride it will be difficult. You could look into using CB-03-01, or as a previous poster said topical finasteride. These are not as effective as oral finasteride however.

I appreciate your advice guys but no finasteride for me I think I'm doing rather ok with nizoral and minoxidil on their own.... I notice some very thin hair growing at the hairline (where I apply minoxidil)...
