We all have things that contribute to making a female disinterested. Its the way dating works now. The nuclear family model has been attacked and now females have the upper hand compared to the generations before us. Had he grew up in the 1950s hed have an abundance of women to choose from. Lol so many girls told me over and over again that they like the "swimmer's physique." It's the one that looks most aesthetic and a basic weight program or even calisthenics can get it, along with having a decent genetic frame. 6 pack makes a difference purely because tight tops and t shirts are stuck right to your abdomen, it's a good sign of fitness along with firm arms, shoulders and chest. You did all that after the personal trainer came in and your style really works for you like the generic social media one. Girls really don't look beyond this lol for attraction but definitely need to meet the prerequisite looks threshold. Then it's just a case of having fun with them and being socially adjusted. Career and money is nice to spend on a genuine girl.

You should workout for yourself and not for women, of course I have no idea how you look but I think the basis of any therapy is facing the truth which you don't do. Once you accept the reality, it puts you in a better frame of mind in terms of improvements or doing nothing and living your life, this itself will overall have a positive impact on you as it frees you from the burden of judgement. You have to allow yourself to accept your lowest point in order to rise once more. Copes don't work like maybe I can look better if I tan myself or getting super strong to get girls. You will also continue to have a low self esteem with such self deception as you will be dependent on what other girls or guys say, whereas if you accept it you simply won't care. This goes for all your look related concerns, your ex, the cheating and so on - act before all this becomes chronic which unfortunately it's beginning to sound like.

As they say on bodybuilding forums, below 5ft 7 is manlet level, at that point to get girls easily you need to be a prettyboy, but this isn't the case for you. I have no idea how you look but assuming your face is normal than you need to get a good hairline and limb lengthening to give you a normal height if you're like 5ft 5. If you want something bad you have to try for it while you still can or just move on and try to get happiness outside of all this. You're just in limbo.

edit: if you look like the guy in the video (which is what you wrote), I would say he is bang on average. With some height, trendy hairstyle and clothes he would get an okay looking gf much more easily and he seems socially adjusted. Even now he could or maybe does have a gf, it's just more work for him currently.

He's considered one of the most handsome men in a conventional way, never heard a girl not like him. The minority of girls who may have an issue dating him would be ones taller than him or some rare shorter girls, either way majority of girls would not pass up on him. He looks fine without a beard too and is not an all beard guy for sure. Skeletal cheekbones themselves don't make someone good looking like what they may say on those forums, the golden ratio plays a role but it's still more complex.
