When is the absolute best age for hair transplant? I can go on with a hair system for as long as needed. When will it finally stop? 45? 55? Thanks!

My Dad is 67 with very little on top and has been losing hair very slowly since his mid 20s.

The peak years of him losing it were in his late 40s and 50s, that is when full on bald patches started to develop so no it does not stop at 45 or 55, that is when things accelerate the most.

I also got an accelerated balding around 45... Make my hair transplant at 47.
Was on topical minoxidil since 20.

The best age for a hair transplant really depends on the individual's unique situation. In general, it is recommended to wait until you are in your late twenties or early thirties when hair loss patterns have stabilized. This is important because undergoing a hair transplant too early could result in needing additional procedures as hair loss continues to progress. However, there is no set age limit for getting a hair transplant and some individuals may opt for the procedure earlier. If you are considering a hair system as an alternative, keep in mind that they can be a temporary solution and may require regular maintenance and adjustments. Ultimately, the decision of when to undergo a hair transplant or opt for a hair system should be based on your specific needs, preferences, and consultation with a qualified professional.
