Id much rather have a good non invasive treatment or option than having to go under the knife by some doctor.
The problem with any life long treatment even propecia is 10 years from now the price skyrockets or supplies get limited or whatever. They got you by the balls no matter what happens your going to pay them whatever because if you stop you lose everything. Stopping propecia you lose the previous 10 years of treatment results. May as well flush all the money down the crapper if you ever stop it was all for nothing
Is that really a long term solution? Even this lotion what if it works but 10 years from now the company closes up shop or stops selling it. Stuff like that happens

I'd like to know if and how Dr. Tsuji managed to overcome the need to have a nylon thread guiding the direction of the hair follicle, for this seems fundamental for the viability of this as a treatment.

In previous tests, the follicle without a guide to help it created a cyst and did not erupt from the skin.

Letter e shows without and with a guide:

(e) Longitudinal sections of bioengineered pelage during eruption and growth processes mediated by an inter-epithelial tissue-connecting plastic device (with guide). The counterpart is shown as cyst formation with a bioengineered pelage follicle at 14 days after intracutaneous transplantation (without guide).

Personally, I place a lot of value on every additional second that I get to keep my hair. But you should be happy, Tsuji's work will most likely be the permanent cure you're looking for.
