Attracting women by using money/power isn't nearly as gratifying as attracting them by your looks. The feeling you get when you make women wet by just looking at them is very powerful and addictive. You can do nothing wrong and can never be labeled a loser even by other males, let alone females. It's the greatest gift nature can give you. Nothing else comes close. I miss it.

i was watching this documentary about penguins today

and the penguins males rush to the beach to build these 'nests' but they are really these forts almost made of pebbles and rocks and they have to get the best real estate since the idea of the nest is to protect the future eggs from the waves...so the males have to compete to get the highest spot and also build with the available pebbles and stones the best strongest and highest nest/fort....then the females come and inspect the nests and the best nests are the thing that attracts the females to the males...who build the best little fortress? and that is how they choose a mate to breed with.

So my point is when i was watching this i thought of you guys and how often the conversation turns to women and money..Money buys the best homes and the best future for kids.

maybe its is something that is in deed attractive about men IN a sexual sense as looks can be...Not in an extreme way but i am not going to lie if you showed me two men who are average good looks and he was a banker vs a cvs check out guy...i would go with the banker. show me a slightly more attractive check out guy--i would still pick the banker...

now i am not a gold digger i have my own money and profession etc..but its attractive when a man can take care of some things in a relationship or even just dating.

Its unattractive to me when they cant.

so how do we not know this is part of nature as well?

I am not denying that money can't be a helpful factor in attracting females given that look threshold has already been met. However, as a man, it is far more gratifying to me when a women is attracted to me for my looks.

yes but my point is money (i.e. a provider) might be a physical turn on for women.

it might not be a character flaw it might be biological reaction in some way.

Me too, but there is also pragmatism. :D

Btw. @hairblues if there is a judgement day you will pass, having been the voice of reason here. ;)

Being a protector as a male has always been a turn on to women. That protection comes in many forms. Power can be physical size, political power, money, etc etc. Its usually contained to the scale you are on to. A women might be low income from a town of blue collar men and go with the physically larger man because they all equally make about the same. Then down the line she may meet a guy who makes more money and in todays world money can offer more protection (security would be a better word) in a realistic sense. The same as the females going for the largest, most aggressive male to mate with in the animal kingdom. I mean except penguins, but they all look the same, mate for life and the male sits on the f*****g eggs, so technically all male penguins are b****s!

Wait wait, Im veering.
Its always going to be ingrained in society and our genes for a woman to want a male that she can view as a protector. On average Im saying of course because there is always that sociopath women who gets her jollies off a weaker man.

It goes the same as men wanting a prettier female, usually always trying to go for the younger model. There are stigmas that are just part of us, and denying them makes it worse than admitting to them

The majority of us here (including myself) are "castrated" emotionally and psychologically. As for "literal castration", well, I got finasteride sides, so I'm close to it, even if not as close as I'd like to be.

you forgot about dislocated shoulder which prevents you from gymceling

yeah I dont really have a firm opinion on it.

i do know if you show me on a dating app a man well dressed and clean cut its more appealing then a man who is better looking but dressed like a bum and messy...

i am drawn instinctually to the better lifestyle looking photo.

I have no clue if that is conditioning or instinctual.

i find men who are successful (not rich dont get me wrong) more attractive then men who are unsuccessful although of course looks matter just not only thing or most important factor.

Hard to forget about it, since in these days it aches more than usual. Still one year until the surgery, and I'm in constant pain (physically and emotionally LOL).

pain sucks

I have problem with my wrist which is crucial for sport I play (and good in it) sometimes I need to bear huge pain
