It wouldn't surprise me. Imagine a city of 1,000,000 people, where the population is evenly split 50/50 between genders. So that makes 500,000 men. Now assume 80% of those 500,000 men are adults 18 or older. That gives us 400,000 adult men. Now let's say 10% of those men are particularly well hung (above 6.5 inches). That's 40,000 men who are walking around town with trouser snakes, banging every woman in the city. Let's keep in mind a man with a large schlong probably has multiple partners, and word spreads around quickly among women that Chad Thundercock is hung like a horse.
