Why not, lol? Mtf-transgenders use these drugs for decades without any health issues. For those who don't plan a surgical castration, drug-induced androgen deprivation is a lifelong commitment. Actually, I plan to drop cypro completely when my Estradiol will reach normal female ranges.

I’d be open to trying Cypro coupled with topical Oestradiol on a short term basis. I’m confident from the cases I’ve seen around the net that I could potentially make some serious gains. Though from what I understand the the gains you may make whilst on this sort of regimen aren’t maintainable once off it, is this a certainty?
