I actually have a fetish for guys with buzzed heads (not bald), they look so tough, masculine and bad ***. But I like pretty boy hair as well. Hell, any hair (besides a green mohawk) is good in my book.

Yeah, I think some women really love the look.

The problem I found was that because I had a shaved head, muscles, and tattoos people would think I'm the 'bad boy'. But this didn't match my personality, my hobbies are; reading, travel, writing fairy tales, long walks, cooking, indy films.

I could play to the bad boy role but I would have to fake it.

That's why I regrew my hair - because I think I was attracting women who liked me for the wrong reasons.

It isn't just you. Most women aren't into men who are real muscular. When I had my hair I hung out and went to clubs and parties. I noticed that the women who like muscular men are a niche group of women. They aren't a tiny niche but they aren't the majority (of women) either. And from experience, I guarantee you that even the women who like muscular men will go for the attractive man over the muscular man as long as the attractive man isn't wimpy-looking.

Attractive with a full head of hair is the number one thing for a man to be.

For men, attractive with hair trumps everything else.

Lots of women don't like muscles (too big at least). Although I think if you are bald it looks better to have them.

I used to imitate his fashion when I was younger but it didn't really suit me.

But yes, a good face, hair, and clothes beats an amazing body on average face and clothes for me.

Yep, I was looking at his pictured his face has some extra weight which has taken away the definition from his jaw and cheeks.

It may only be 15lbs extra but that can change the face a fair amount.

Not to mention the lack of sun on his skin and general ageing.

As a previously just-above-average guy myself (5.5-6 territory), I can confirm this 100%. The move from NW2 to thin NW4 for me was devastating. Big ears and a wide, cone shaped skull (both of which I'd been able to cover up when I had hair) were exposed and I plummeted down to the 3/4 level. As a lot of guys on here have noted, attraction is a binary thing and the 'would-f***' threshold tends to be around my old rating. I was never brilliant with women, but had had a couple of girlfriends (no one-night-stands). Now I'm an involuntary celibate at 25. Have been for 2 years. For 9 out of 10's, hair loss may cost them their slayer status (which obviously f*****g sucks) but they can still get girls, often reasonably cute ones too. The 2 out of 10 guy suffers mentally no doubt, but in terms of real world dating prospects, he's not really all that worse off than he started - hair or no hair, he'd be fucked regardless. The slightly above average guy loses the most. Closely followed by the Chad. That said, hair loss is a kick in the f*****g teeth whatever your situation.

What your saying makes sense as well. I guess a 9 going to a 6 is still in the would f*** category so its not all bad, but the 6 out of 10 going to a 4 would be much harder as they fall out of the would f*** category.

Don't get me wrong, the difference between being a 6 and a legitimate 9 (aka a young Depp lookalike) is f*****g massive - you go from running Tinder game in your sleep to really having to grind at it just to sleep with a 7.
