Absolutely. This is actually something I've been around (powerlifter for many years, lot of family on sh*t, worked at gyms- trainer, fitness director, etc) for most my life.
Even for a lay person, easy example almost everyone knows. Look up before and after pics of zyzz, scrawny, straight dork. In just a few years, jacked to the moon. No he was taking a lot cocaine, amongst other drugs, and way to many types of steroids, so he killed himself, but the principle is there.
Look up a lot of before and after photos.
Bradley Martin- another scrawn, jacked to the f*****g moon now. In fact way too big to the point of health being at risk long term. That's just because he takes way the f*** too much.
Again, your actual training means very little in the grand scheme of things when you're taking peds. One of my friends hasn't trained in 8 months, and only about 6 months out of the last 3 years, and is still jacked (in fact too big) because he's on enough sh*t to keep him there. Now he was bigger, and more proportionate while he was training consistently, and was in better shape, also his eating was better, etc........but my point still stands; he would be a fat, atrophied tub of sh*t by now if he were not on sh*t. It's just the way the sh*t works.
