There are some really GREAT Youtube channels that discuss the difference between successful and unsuccessful hair transplants.

I think there is a huge problem between expectations and reality. I think that no matter what some guys are told they expect to have the hair that they had when they were 16, and that just probably can't happen. I see some truly GHASTLY examples of that here, in Israel.
It's like a bad toupee, the person with the hair can't fathom that they look, terrible.
