That's their official Statement.
Tissuse as well.

I think in Japan its possible

Its not possible for tsuji to do anything without the proof of concept in humans if they are going for a conditional clinical release. I don't believe that Tsuji is relevant at any point before a proof of concept in humans. And for now there is no such thing from them.

and Tissuse have their human on chip technology that they are relaying on for further development.

Don't forget about the extreme dangers you are taking when you're going on a tranny regimen.

People need to stop normalizing these extreme hormone treatments to save their hair.
Most of these drugs have dangers, but some have lesser ones, relatively speaking, as well as being compared to approved drugs like finasteride.

because ?
Because no money man. It will be expensive like hell and for an average guy in early 20s with agressive hairloss it will do sh*t.

If you guys see a cure as something that stops hair loss and restore still alive follicles? Maybe. But most likely not.

By 2025 we will most likely have at least one from the current companies, that are pushing further. Sammumed, Follicum, Shiseido, Breezula... There are even some researches for improving minoxidil. None of it will seems to be perfect for our problems and far from cure, but at least something. Not having to use finasteride in order to stop hairloss would be a huge deal in hairloss industry. Even bigger deal would be if dealing with hairloss would stop to be seen as stupid, weak, loserish and ok to shame. Maybe one day the health insurance would cover at least partly the expenses for dealing with hair loss. Health insurance cover obesity, acne, skin rash etc., but hair loss? Just shave it bro.

You're playing with your endocrine system, fina is enough for a lot of men to crash their system let alone a cocktail of other meds used by men to transition into women.

Let's look at Spironolactone, a drug said to be one of the "safer" ones in the mind of some of the delusional here.

Common side effects in men include breast enlargement, breast tenderness, and hot flashes.[11] Other side effects in men include feminization and sexual dysfunction.[18]

Gynecomastia occurs in up to 80% of men treated with bicalutamide monotherapy, though is of only mild-to-moderate severity in more than 90% of affected men.[89][90] In addition to breast changes, physical feminization and demasculinization in general, including reduced body hair growth, decreased muscle mass and strength, feminine changes in fat mass and distribution, reduced penile length, and decreased semen/ejaculate volume, may occur in men.[88][91][18][92] Other side effects that have been observed in men and that are similarly related to androgen deprivation include hot flashes, sexual dysfunction (e.g., loss of libido, erectile dysfunction), depression, fatigue, weakness, and anemia.[88][93][94]

...

I have responded to you several times regarding the side effects of bicalutamide, but you are still pushing this false narrative.

Those side effects you keep copying and pasting from Wikipedia (hot flashes, sexual dysfunction (e.g., loss of libido, erectile dysfunction), depression, fatigue, weakness, and anemia) are an evaluation of side effects from androgen deprivation therapy in general, including surgical castration. All methods of ADT include different side effects, some having more than others. Since bicalutamide isn't having an effect on your testosterone production (besides raising it due to an increase in LH), it's not going to give you the typical effects of ADT such as a reduction in nocturnal erections (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/1378907/).

Nevertheless, all of those side effects you are listing are at doses of 150mg/day, which is the dose used within prostate cancer patients as monotherapy. I can state a legitimate intake on what bicalutamides side effects are at hair loss/acne treating doses: gynecomastia, reduced body hair (which is due to demasculinisation), reduced libido (although, we are not sure of how it effects this in younger patients due to all bicalutamide users so far being classed as 'demisexuals' prior to starting medications).

Although, I'm not sure if it was a mistake or not but you said 'let's look at spironolactone, a drug to be one of the "safer" ones in the mind of some of the delusional here', and then proceeded to showcase the side effects of bicalutamide.

But at first there has to be a cure. And if this cure exists, you'll always find some docs in the third world, who find some way to offer it 'cheap' to make some money.

Japanese people don't want to lose face. They will tell you everything you want to hear...

In all those years Tsuji never said he will start with the treatment next year, except this year. So, stop talking depressive Bullshit, Tsuji was allways silent about the work of his team, except they got some news.

I honestly hate those depressive old fellas, who thinking everything will busting or is a lie only because the old bad ideas busted. And now those fellas feeling betrayed by the sciencists, who stole their youth.

do any of these horrors apply to finasteride too?

Yeah but the result is usually the over way round, they understate their capabilities instead of overselling them. Business culture is probably not appliccable to clinical research anyways though.

spironolactone does have sides, but bica has even less, with no sexual sides. We argued about this many times, but the sides you reported for bica are not all true. Only gyno and hot flashes are the main sides that occur in bica monotherapy <150 mg/day. Bica is used in most cases because of its quality of life benefits, compared to other AAs.
If sexual sides/dysfunction is your main worry with finasteride/duta, bica is a very compelling alternative, much much effective as well. Be aware there are certain facts you must know before starting bica.

You'r right those were the bica side effects.

None the less, I think you're downplaying these side effects. But yes we had this discussion before, I just hope people are aware of the risks when they consider taking it.

Most of the worrisome side effects you listed are from androgen deprivation in general, including surgical castration. I am not downplaying the side effects, and it always seems to be those who don’t take anti-androgens who dictate this. Many report that it’s side effects are just gynecomastia so far and a return of the ‘male odour’, along with a reduction in body hair, and that can even be confirmed by myself.

I can speak from experience that spironolactone is a bad anti-androgen, and has more side effects than benefits. Although, it’s anti-androgenic effects are indirect; it’s meant to be used as a diuretic, but it also has anti-androgenic properties. Other anti-androgens (e.g. CPA, flutamide) have a direct and strong effect on limiting androgenic activity within our bodies, which is why they’re used within prostate cancer patients.

Yeah spironolactone is pretty weak but for someone whose balding hasn't got that bad yet(when dry atleast) i think it's a decent option, plus it helps mitigate water retention from oral minoxidil which is another plus for me.
